- Love this watch. Very light on the wrist, looks great, striking color. I only gave it a 4 star because I would love if it had a date window on it, but no gie. Can't wait to show it off!

Omega 123.15.27.60.55.003 wrist watches news:
For $1,000 And Up Watches:Once you have realized that getting a watch is a practice of passion and taste, you start to have higher expectations. Plus, your foray into the world of horology has led you to realize a few things. Among those things are that you want a mechanical movement over a mere quartz movement, and that names are beginning to have meaning to you when it comes to selecting favored watches. Not only that, but you also learn that just because fashion labels make nice clothes they aren't always key players in the luxury watch world (e.g. Kenneth Cole), despite the fact that they do indeed have a watch line. You might also be the type of person that grew up around watches and simply have more sophisticated tastes. Whatever the reason is, if you are going to spend $1,000 or more on a watch, these are factors you'll want to consider when getting a medium range luxury watch.1. Mechanical MovementSave for limited circumstances, if you are buying a men's watch for over $1,000 i
i have recently taken an interest in these after acquiring a late 40s nordon. several designs such as the haddon and the grenadier appeal to me. however, i have no real knowledge of the movements used. so, i'd like to solicit some opinions.i have heard glowing reports of the 770, but almost nothing of the 735, 736, 747, 748, 753 or 754.i have experience now with the 748, and find it to be a clean, accurate movement. but of course, i've never disassembled one, so this opinion is fairly ignorant.so, anybody care to chime in?
Just received this in a trade for my Aerospace and I love it.Sits just right on the wrist and I didn't even have to alter the bracelet.I've never seen another like this, so I don't know if it is unusual. Does anyone else own one?I love the legibility of the large hands and even though the dial is quite busy, what with the sub-dials and day/date etc, it is a great looking watch IMHO. CheersMark
Hello everyone! I am thinking to start collecting 5 digits Subs and SDs after having 1680, 5513 and 1665. What¡¯s your opinion on the pre-ceramic models vs those ¡°transitional¡± models? Which ones are better to start with? Or these are something in between which are more collectible? Please kindly give me your suggestion and the reasons behind, I appreciate your inputs!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Do you think that 16710 prices will go down now since there are a more modern way of getting a GMT Pepsi? I realize that there will be a 10 year wait for the new one, so maybe that will hold the prices up. But still, how will this new model affect 16710 prices?
