Oris WorldTimer - stylish and functional
It's always nice to find a previously unknown watch from the diverse collection that is Oris, and I thought this one is worth sharing . Although not a 'classic' dress watch size, at 42.5mm, it allows the second time zone subdial to be a nice and legible size - a quick glance will clearly show the time at the zone you've set it for. Within the same subdial is a day/night aperature to clearly show what side of midnight/midday the zone is in right now. And I am going to 5th Ave in NYC today to buy my 6 yr old girl an American Doll for an early Xmas present, and my 2.5 yr old son some stuff from FAO Schwartz, before the holiday shopping madness starts. Maybe I can get something for me for early Xmas too! Plan on hitting the Omega boutique (among others).

No discount at established AD on SS Professional Models
Hello All!!! Got in touch with my AD yesterday ... inquired about a sea dweller 4K , Sub date LN and the hulk ...!!!Sea Dweller 4K and Sub date LN were in stock brand new if you can imagine and the hulk had to be ordered .Now I¡¯ve already purchased 3 Rolex from this ADso I already have an established relationship... when I asked about pricing I got list price on all 3 pieces !!!! No concession whatsoever!!!! Needless to say I wasn¡¯t to happy ... Mind you I called , it wasn¡¯t a personal visit ... When I get home I plan on visiting the store in hopes for a change of mind on my Jewelers part.... What is it ? I got a decent discount on all my other Rolex... Is it the market right now on the professional series models especially the SS??? I mean the Sea Dweller 4K at list I might understand cause it¡¯s discontinued ...
