Omega 123.13.35.60.52.001 wrist watches news:
For 2011 Citizen's major new piece is perfect for the American market. If you want to check out their other cool stuff you'll need to take a little trip over the Japan (which would be nicego support them). Part of their newer Signature collection, this is the simply named Citizen Signature Perpetual Calendar, and Citizen Signature Perpetual Calendar Chronograph. Two watches that each come in a host of styles and colors. The Signature collection is a higher-end range of watches from Citizen that sits under the Campanola collection. Signature watches all have better cases, sapphire crystals, and more interesting movement. They also have more decorative elements. Some of these look great, others are more a matter of taste. The new Signature Perpetual Calendar watch is a lot going for it. The 43mm wide steel case is attractive, but has some unique decorative elements to it - and let's just get it out of the way now - yes, the rotating diver's style bezel is taken from Tag Heuer's Aquaracer
I have a watch on consignment from a gentlemen who's looking to downsize his collections of stuff! This is the first, but we might be getting more watches in the near future. This watch is quiet a gem! I believe it's from the 1960's and it's in wonderful shape. The watch probably hasn't seen much water, or use for that matter. The crystal is a bit scratched but other then that, it's quiet clean! No gunk in the band, no crud on the dial and the back hasn't been molested. It looks all original to me, even the band! The watch works beautifully, the chronograph function is spot-on and it keeps time wonderfully. If anyone has some info on it, it would be appreciated! As said before, he's looking to sell this one soon.
Happy Easter guys, I just wanted to get some feedback. I pulled out my anthracite ceramic 44m piece from the safe this past Thursday, set the time and threw it on my wrist. Over the course of the weekend, it has just stopped multiple times. I made sure it was wound sufficiently. I assume this is a simple fix at Clearwater, but wanted to seer if there were any other similar experiences. The watch had not been worn for 8 months or so I would say. Do I just call AP Americas to get something setup? Thanks JPS
Hi all, I've been posting in the Rolex area but have started to wear my 45mm PO again. It has a rubber strap but now I am thinking of getting the factory metal bracelet. Does anyone know of an AD or reputable dealer that I can get one from at a more reasonable price? Last I checked it was about $500 from a local AD so I didn't bite.Thank you.
why are Patek Philippe watches so exspensive? Are all of their models solid gold?I have been told that they are possibly even better than Rolex, but they are at least 2 or 3 times more expensive. I thought Rolex was the only company in the world that made all of it's own movements, parts etc.
