An attempt at a GTG - The "Offical" WI GTG threadI know there are some lurking in here...B
Am eagerly awaiting my "new" Hamilton Bradford from the watchmaker, and would like to pick up a Hamilton box to store it in. While you can often find vintage boxes online the problem is knowing which style is correct. Does anyone here know what a Bradford would have been packaged in during the late 50s? For other Hamilton models does anyone know of a resource that shows which boxes were used during certain time periods and for certain models? Not having much luck with internet searches thus far. Thanks in advance for any advice.
I picked up this beauty in 1968 in Hong Kong while in the Navy - it was my first really "different" watch. It was called, at the time, a selfwinder. It's the Seiko World Time and still works today. I thought everyone might enjoy a picture.
Boy, I can hardly wait until tomorrow. I have 2 new incoming watches both to be here then. Deep Blue, pictue from Deep Blue's siteAnd a Seiko SNZJ05, picture from the web
I am a committed Rolex fan.Love them.Yet, I have to say pound for pound the Omega seamaster is amazing..Watch, box, extras, booklets..its like Rolex used to be when you got dive tables and anchors...
