Omega Bumper Question
I have a chance to buy a collection of old Omega Bumper Winds.3 are 10K GF, 2 are 14K and 1 is 18K. All are vintage and just back from the watchmaker who fixed, refinished and look magnificent! They all have Omega leather bands with appropriate tang buckles.Any clues as to what I might offer for these? Ballpark ideas are fine, I know what to offer on the gold prices, but I think they might be better than that.Thanks in advance for any direction!

Never been into collecting watches, but over time I realize they kinda inadvertently start to pile up around the house, and at some point I could start calling it "a collection".So, how do you define "a collection"? How many grains of rice are there in a handful? 3? 30? 300?How many watches do average collectors around here have? How about the zealots and aficionados? What matters - the size or the value?

Heading to the Cayman Islands with my Diver!!!
First trip for my Diver and also the first time it will come in contact with saltwater. I will report as much as possible from there and let's see how well the rubberclad on the crowns tolerates the salinity of the water. Old for new Pepsi?
Hi,Just wondering what your opinions are.I’m keen to get the new GMT Pepsi at some stage and currently own a beautiful year 2000 GMT2 Pepsi. It was originally a Coke but has the Pepsi Insert and original Coke insert plus a new black insert. It has Swiss Made Superluminova Dial but non SEL. (Seems it just got the SWISS MADE Dial but just missed the SEL. A-serial.Condition amazing but there is a small scratch on the minute hand. I only purchased it a year ago, and a local jewellery regulated it for me so keeps perfect time, but I think that’s how it got the tiny scratch on the hand. If I keep it I plan to send to Rolex for a full service and hand replacement (modern hands anyway and full dial lume is good).Would you sell the year 2000 to buy the new one? Or if you kept would you service at RSC?Any views appreciated.(I also have a JC Deepsea and a BLNR)Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
