Omega Omega 48994 wrist watches news:
Hi, Much to the dismay of my bank account I just recently developed a fascination for old used watches.I'm sure a lot of you have gone through the same process that I'm going through rights now so I'm reaching out for some advice here.Since the objects of this fascination tend to be pricey it seems inevitable that one sooner or later would ask the question; How cheep can a good deal be before it's in fact a bad deal.Searching eBay this example seems to be right in the lowest price range for a 6694.What's the catch here?Is this a genuine Rolex or is it fake?A frankenwatch?Or just a not very desirable specimen?Just seems too good to be true since it and other watches of this seller is still up there. Thanks,D
Hi there,I have been away a few days, a short trip to France. I only brought my Portuguese Auto and it has proven to be a great companion! We had a few rainy days but a few nice ones too and went to visit St Malo. Here are a few pictures:Kind regard,Cinq
New member/first postGreetings,I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a new khaki field quartz (black dial w brown leather strap - H68481533), but I have some questions. Maybe some of you would be so kind as to help me out.First, is about $120 a good price? It's grey market.Second, doe anyone have any photos to post of the model in question (H68481533)? All the pictures I've seen so far seem like colored drawings. The bands range from brown to beige for the same model. I know band colors are an option, but I'm talking about a difference in color for the brown strap model which makes it difficult to distinguish what to expect.Third, what does the III mean? Finally, has anyone done a review on this model? I tried to find one on this board and couldn't find any. Any links would be appreciated greatly. Thanks in advance for any responses.
Hi guys, my wrist is about 7.0 ~ 7.2 inches, however I am a short guy, only 5 ft 6 tall. Do you guys think the 44mm ROO will look too big and silly on me ? I feel that the ROC is a bit too small on my wrist.
Sweden has produced some beauties .. including this one..but you cant buy victoria off flea bay.. so bought this beauty, an omega suveran produced for the swedish market in 1945 by omega.
