- This watch should soon be extinct. The strap absorbed sweat from my wrist and it retained the odor. Smelled like an armpit after only a couple uses. The band fell apart quickly and there are no good options to replace it.

Hey Y'allNow over time as you know some watches become very much sought after. The once denigrated PloProf for instance and then there's the SM300. Certain versions of the Speedmaster naturally, beginning with the cal 321 in all their various guises. Then there was the " transitional " c861 model which bore the applied metal Omega symbol. Sadly, some less than scrupulous dealers were even claiming models produced in 1968 but without the metal symbol as being transitional. Even early versions of the c861 are now much sought-after as are of course, various commemoratives of the Apollo XI mission, the Apollo-Soyuz, Snoopy Edition and some versions of the Missions Series.So in say, ten or twenty years from now, what do you imagine would be collectors' pieces from the current existing catalog?I'd say the obvious choice would be the 2254.50, even if a reasonable number had been made.
