I think the look of this one would suit her - she's not a real girly girl - she drives the 4Runner with the Donahoe Racing Suspension and rock rails - but has agreed that it would be nice to have a dress watch for the rare occasions when we have to go formal.So, anybody ever heard of this brand, and whether it is of good quality?If not that one, how about this?http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-Womens-G...#ht_3110wt_991I'm thinking since she's not petite (that's not a subtle insult - she's athletic and happens to wear the same ring size I do) that a men's square or rectangular watch would work - whaddaya think? Just wanted to intro' myself and say Hi. Was looking into purchasing a new watch last week and stumbled upon the crazy world of watch collecting. I can't believe how much info is out here.. Good and bad thing really. The Good - Im able to make a well informed decision. The Bad - My search for one watch has opened my eyes to collecting.. The wallet does not support the latter.. Anyway, I tried searching for more information about the Swiss Legend brand but wasn't able to find too much. Seems like a good brand (associated with SWI) but there was also a lot of discussion around the movement in the one I was interested in (The Ambassador) with the CL888 automatic movement. I've received it and I definitely like it, but now have buyer's remorse..Is it a good watch for the price ($349)? It's no Hamiton, but I dont feel I know enough about watches in general to make the judgement call on if I should keep it. So thats where I turn to all the experts. I know the easy answer is to kee
