Hi fellow WTF members,I need your feedback on some of this watches. Only problem is I have enough cash for just 1. Help me pick which is the one you'll buy out of the lot. One of them is from Japan and the other 4 are Swiss.1) Grand Seiko Spring Drive $8K2) Rolex Submariner $9K3)Ulysse Nardin Maxi Diver $9K4)Breitling Superocean chrono $5K5) Tag Heuer Grand Carerra Chrono$7KOut of the 5, the breitling is the cheapest and also a chrono. My choice is the GSeiko. Or is the breitling good value for $4,500? Is the GS Spring Drive good enough to compete against the Swiss Rolex caliber 3135? Movement vice I gave Seiko Spring Dr 1-0 Rolex 3135. But Rolex the brand has more prestige and resale value than the Seiko. What do you think? I'm stuck. Basel 2018 Timeline Refresher
So Basel starts Thursday 3/22 (although there may be a press day on Wed 3/21 at nights?).That's roughly 34 days from now.With a lot of companies, we will begin to see Pre-Basel introductions of new models.With Rolex, not so much.Maybe a few cryptic teasers.When will the information be available to the public?Will Rolex update its site first on 3/22 or will people who visit Basel have to post on our forum to let us know what models are new (even if they post pics weeks later)?

Is the year the serial number/code on the bracelet to match the case serial year?
For example, I have an H serial 116200 and that refers to 2010 or newer and the bracelet is OP7 which refers to july 2006.Are those years supposed to match or is it fine that they don't match? Does that mean the bracelet was replaced/changed? I could not find any answers to this question.Thanks in advanced!
