Omega 231.10.30.61.56.001 wrist watches news:
Can anyone tell me some backround on this vintage Hammy? I saw it today at a shop that does estate sales. Are we allowed to ask for approximations on value here? I don't know very much about the brand besides they were made in Lancaster, and did government issue watches for the military during WW II.Thanks for any info you can share.
Hey Paul, I know you are on "assignment" now but, when you are able, would you mind posting those amazing underwater shots here? I'm sure the guys here would enjoy seeing them and, I can't get enough of them. Thanks,Bill
Anyone know where I can get a really nice, classy watch storage box?I want one that has space for other misc bits like cuff links, tie clips etc....I suppose I could buy one with more watch spaces than I need and remove some of the cushions and use the space as a simple tray?Anyway any suggestions as to where to look? Thanks.
This is what you need for putting a strap on your RO 15300 or ROC.You need to order parts from the LE City of Sails in steel.- Rubber Strap BR.403.064.002CA- Folding clasp DP.0402.018.ST- Alternative 18mm Tang AD.0288.018.ST- 4 X Plots PL.222.014.ST- 2 X Screws for strap VI.254.066.ST- 2 X Nuts for screw above VI.253.056.ST- 4 X Screws for attaching strap to case VI.254.023.BCThe last set of screws are not a have to, But i recommend you to have a new set as they are in WG and to much changing on and off will put wear on them.
All,Have a Datejust 36mm (circa 1997) with the original hollow bracelet and clasp. I want to change the band to the updated Jubilee with the hidden clasp. Has anyone done this? If so, where to buy this bracelet? Been pretty unsuccessful so far, any help would be greatly appreciated!
