Where to buy a Seamaster or Constellation.
Hi,I am new to this, but I am looking to buy a decent Seamaster, Constellation or something of that ilk. I'm looking for a reasonably clean Omega I can keep for life and I dont mind a watch that's needs some tlc.EBay is an obvious source but I'm a little concerned I will end up with a replica. There also appears to be huge variation in prices for somewhat similar watches (makes me think everyone knows something I dont). Anyhow, perhaps someone can recommend some other sources for used older Omegas.Thanks in advance and I promise to post photo once I buy.Patrm

Changing out the blue dial
If I buy a Seamaster Professional 300m, with the blue wavy dial and matching blue bezel, what would it cost approximately to have the dial and bezel changed to black? Is this possible? (and do I get to keep the old parts)I like the watch a lot, but feel the blue is a bit bright.

Hi All,Was drooling my candy store (AD) today and my sweet tooth decided I needed a goal & reward to help me towards a personal milestone. This will take some time so no quick incoming pics. Roman numerals were my starting point into the luxury watch world 15 yrs. ago and it was traded; new one will be my lifetime watch. So envision OLD woman. I’m asking for opinions! I currently own the LVc which will also be a lifer. The DJ choc. dial RG/SS will become my daughter’s in the future for one of her milestones (could be 6, 8 or 15 yrs). So, I will happily wear it till then. Pictured below are: 31mm datejust, and 34mm Tudor Claire de Rose. Didn’t know how to create a poll so weigh in as you wish. Thanks to all my fellow enablers!!
