Omega Omega 42650 wrist watches news:
Graham has just announced a new version of its Moon Watch, which has an oversized moon phase indicator and flying tourbillon. It now comes in a 18k white gold case, with a black sapphire bezel and a black dial decorated with diamonds ¨C all brought together in an effort to make the beautiful and gigantic Moon stand out on the dial even more.Graham is a curious brand. And I think most people associate them with large and flashy sport watches, not to mention also their signature - and frankly humongous - crown protection system, as found on their Chronofighter and Prodive models. However, unknown to many, Graham also has a line of more classically styled watches, under their Geo.Graham collection. ¡°Geo¡± actually has two meanings here. Firstly, Geo is short for George, or rather George Graham, the English watchmaker that the brand gets its name from. Secondly, Geo also refers to geology and that the watches in this collection are somewhat inspired by this subject ¨C or rather astronomy, to b
Today is going to be a historic day, and call it a hunch, but I have a feeling that we are going to be discussing the election for a while, though I hope this isn't going to be another Floridian style ballot disaster, but I digress. Today, all Americans can appreciate a watch of this ilk. While this is a Swiss watch, the representation of the American Bald Eagle in its symbolic stance is perfectly crafted. The golden emblem does the great American seal justice. But that isn't the gist of it, this is a watch as well. The Thomas Prescher Tempusvivendi series is based on a double retrograde movement meant to display the hours and minutes through two moving hands. The movement is an automatic mechanical movement with a 40 hour power reserve and a special push button on the crown. Pushing the button returns the hands to the position in the pictures. This is the "resting" or non-temporal position of the watch hands. This so you can see the American Eagle in its more regal of states. Pushing t
So my 4 year old is just barely holding it together now that we're all on Christmas vacation. We told him if he was good all morning while we did grocery shopping he could open one present...and then my wife said the same goes for me. :) He opened a new Thomas the Train toy and I opened this: Orient CET0B002W0. It's my third Orient and I love it. :) I've got 5 more watches for Christmas(all in the affordable range and includes another Orient...my wife was very generous with me and knows I've got the sickness) so this is my first post of a 4 or 5 over the next week or so.
I absolutely LOVE this thing! I think I've had it 10 days now and my love is only growing....this is rare usually I'm thinking of the next one by now. Just thought I'd share.
Hello all,This is my third post, and I already greatly appreciate the insights you all have provided. I¡¯ve narrowed my decision making to the point that I¡¯ve decided that I¡¯d like to purchase a Day Date and really prefer the platinum with the blue dial. My wrist is about 6.5¡±, and I think the 36 will be fine for me. On the other hand, my old DJ sometimes seems a bit small, and I once owned a Daytona that seemed like a good fit. So, I¡¯m open to a range of sizes. My budget will be in the $25-30k range, and that looks pretty appropriate for finding what I want in a 36mm platinum. As I look at the market, I see examples ranging from 10-16 years old. My question is how much difference a few years will make? Is 6 years newer worth another $6K if they are the same model number? Am I not thinking about some sort of high service costs that would be right around the corner? Also, I can¡¯t help but notice that I could get a brand new WG 40mm DD in the same price range from Takuya, and it makes me
