- The watch itself looks beautiful, feels beautiful. It looks a thousand bucks, but you can't beat the price. Its just right, it doesnt make me look like im wearing something that's too much. You can use it for every occasion.

- Gift for my nine year old grandson. Favorite color is blue and he asked for an analog watch. He did not imagine it would glow in the dark or that it is a chronograph. The watch is terrific, especially for the price.

Omega ST 396.0839 wrist watches news:
I have to admit that I was a little bit let down that I was so busy this week and missed this:Hamilton Rodney With Box on Ebay$80,?. . .and with the box?>? I hope it was someone here who snagged it! I paid $150 for mine, serviced though, and it had no box! I would have probably sold one of the watches and come out a little ahead (and with a box!)Anyhow, this one came up and I jumped on it:Rodney inner AND outer boxes!Inner AND outer box! Outer box is a little beat up, but definitely workable. Pictures aren't as clear, but for $12 I think I did alright! What do you guys think? Now I just need to find the PERFECT strap for the Rodney. I put a plain black strap on it as soon as I got it (temporarily) but haven't found the right strap for it yet. So let's call this an "incoming PLUS show me your rodney straps" thread!-James
Will the panerai metal bracelet fit on the pam 024, I'm pretty sure it does, but just want to make sure.
Since when was the dial blue? Also no red hand?Source - rolex website...
As per my title, I find the new case design on the datejust quite compelling. The classic oyster design being modified is quite a significant move. I will reserve judgement until I see it, but I love the classic oyster case with its flowing lines. This looks more slab sided. But what does this say about where Rolex could be going? If they are beefing up the datejust, arguably their biggest seller, does this confirm the larger lugs are here to stay? The new GMT doesn't appear slimmed down? Looks like super case through and through? Looking forward to seeing and learning more about the new DJ 36mm. What do you all think?
