F.P. Journe Presents the Nouvelle Octa Lune
During SIHH in Geneva last month, independent watch brand F.P. Journe introduced updated versions of the moon-phase watch in its Octa Collection. The Nouvelle Octa Lune is available in two case materials. Its dial has been rearranged from that of its predecessor, and it’s now available in a larger size.The F.P. Journe Octa Collection to date has consisted of seven watches, including a world timer and an annual calendar. Many of the watches make use of off-center displays for their various functions. Still, the dial design remains simple with good legibility. The watches have also made use of moderate sizes: most of the models come in 38-mm and 40-mm case diameters.For 2015, Journe made slight alterations to the layout of the original Octa Lune. Most noticeably, the F.P. Black Dial Differences between 15400vs15300
i've seen white dial differences between 15400 and 15300 which 400 is more silvery rather thaan 300 which is more flat white.What about the black dial? is it different also betwen 300 and 400?and also about the 15300 clasp is it only come with the AP logo model or also come with the new model like 15400 clasp? which is better?thankyou!

On the verge of splurging on a Speedy Pro ("Moon Watch")
Hello everyone,I'm new to these forums. Been reading from the outside in for about 2 weeks now (but very extensively) as I look to buy my first luxury wristwatch. It's a pretty exciting phase for me at the moment, graduating university in a few months with a full time contract in place for work, and now that I'm entering the business world I really want to look my best - so I decided to look into watches. Somehow I've become extremely fascinated in them with just ~20 hours of research and learning put into the subject.I've narrowed down my options to two models of the Omega Speedy Pro. They are 1) The typical NASA Approved 3570.50 or 2) 3573.50. I will also be getting an authentic Omega leather band with whichever one I end up purchasing, so that I can have both steel bracelet and leather strap to choose from.From what I understand, they are identical except that the 3573.50 has a sapphire crystal cover and bottom (which is transparent), meanwhile the 3570.50 has a Hesalite crystal on
