Omega Omega 8641 wrist watches news:
The La Chaux-de-Fonds Manufacture has unveiled a white gold version of the annual calendar and equation of time from its Girard-Perregaux 1966 collection. This model incorporates a useful annual calendar that takes account of the lengths of the months, save February. Also on board is an equation of time, indicating the difference between the true solar time and the mean time, or meridian time. The functions are displayed on the dial in an original yet highly readable way. As an added touch of sophistication, the calendar can be corrected by turning the crown in either direction. This makes correction easier, and the absence of a corrector on the case leaves its curves intact. The transparent caseback allows a view into the architecture imagined and executed by the watchmakers in La Chaux-de-Fonds, including the Microvar variable inertia balance.Technical specificationsCase in white goldDiameter: 40 mmHeight: 10.72 mmSapphire crystalSapphire case-backWater resistance: 30 metresGirard-Pe

Hello all. I am looking for an advice on getting a watch to choose from the two below. I appreciate any objective or subjective views on things like: impression, look, style, craftsmanship, value, quality, reputation of the brand, etc etc.Yes, I know that the movement is very different, so I realize that to some extent I am comparing apples to oranges. Do not blame me for that too much I am a newbie here. Have a great weekend everybody! Here are the watches I need to choose from:1. Gevril Men's Broadway Steel Limited Edition Leather Strap Watch2. Tissot Men's Watches Le Locle T41.1.423.33 - WW
Hi guys. I was thrilled to find a Chronostop like the one I own at Somlo in Burlington Arcade today. First time I see one in 10 years since I got mine at a small vintage shop. Just wanted to share the excitment with my friends here.
Dear all, I currently have 4 Pateks. The 3738G in White gold and Blue dial with blue strap, the 5712/1A, the 5164, and tge 5146G in slate grey dial white gold on chocolate strap. I have been recently offered to purchase a 5960P grey dial at a good price. But it means I will have to trade in 2 of my existing watches. I love my 4 Pateks, the 3738 is a dressy understated watch and can only be appreciated when worn (many people find it old fashioned but it does really look amazing in real life). The 5164 is comfortable and is a daily wearer . The 5712 is simply comfortable and versatile (can go casual and formal), the 5146 is close in looks to the 5960 (grey dials and chocolate strap on both) but it is slimmer. I am not sure which 2 of the 4 I should let go for in exchange for the 5960. I simply love the contrast of the white sub dial on the grey and the pushers. I dont really care about the chrono function but the day date month windows are so legible. Should I do the trade in with what I
