Please share your thoughts.From the cursory research I did tonight, the watch appears to be real to me aside from, perhaps, replaced hands. The positioning of the "automatic" is also concerning although I did see a few other model 1660117s with the same layout. I still cannot locate an exact match to this watch which is worrisome.So, the professionals in the room. Is this indeed a genuine seamaster? Any discussion is welcomed.

Hamilton AD surprise: Questions on the Hamilton Khaki Chrono #383017 around year '91
I went into a local jeweler to look at some watches and found out they are an authorized Hamilton dealer. It appears they don't have a lot of turn over with their inventory as I saw some Hamilton models that I had not seen before. One chrono stuck my eye. White face with black numbers, automatic, model #383017. I called up Hamilton and found out the following about the watch:1. Built in the USA2. Model available 1991-19983. Last known retail price in 1998 was $497.504. Automatic movementThe person at the jeweler that deals with watches was not there, but I'm really interested in that watch. It shows a retail price on it of $595, which according to Hamilton is not entirely accurate...or so it would appear. However, it seems with inflation, the list price at $595 would be way low if the watch is in original working order.My questions are as follows:1. 11 year old GMT IIc
Here are more picks of my very well worn (daily for 11 years) GMT IIc. As you can see, it is a true beater. I wear it to all sports with the exception of karate. Tennis, snorkeling, kayaking, running, biking, weight lifting, showering, sleeping, etc. It has seen a rough life, but it is still mint in my heart. Look at the second photo...all those little craters on the side of case, this is the real moon watch! Notice very little stretch in bracelet. The ceramic bezel is truly mint, no scratches or fade, platinum numerals 100% present. The watch was serviced once 4 years ago. I still regret that I let the RSC polish the watch, as they erased the patina. The rest of the crew just mostly hang out in safe. I like them too, but the practicality is just not there for daily use. With my Rolex I never have to worry about what I am going to do that day.
