Omega 3551.50.00 wrist watches news:
I pretty much know nothing about watches.. But i have a pretty old looking watch just sitting here and I wanted to know if its real or fake. Also some basic information on the watch would be nice like the model and other things.. Thanks in advance :)Photo1 (1).jpgPhoto1.jpgThese arent very good pictures , but on the inside it says Omega with the Omega symbol and it says 17 jewels and all the way at the bottom it says swiss.. On the back it has a triangle and it has the omega symbol and it says omega watch and under it outside the trianlge it says "swiss made" but written in another language.. then it has 18k and 0.750 inside a small rectangular shape.. and the omega symbol is also engraved in many different parts of the watch..
Hi - I have the Portuguese Automatic (107) and have fallen in love with IWCs. I have read on these forums that some people change the straps etc and wondered how easy this is to do myself? I have several quotes from ADs for the brown strap on its own and then the strap plus a new deployment clasp which adds considerably to the overall cost. My question is do I need a second clasp as I am so inept and things like this it untrue! How easy is it to remove the clasp from one strap to another? (strap changes no chance but ask me to rebuild a pc - no probs!!)Thanks for your advice and for the many interesting posts on this siteJeremy
I finally got around to setting up the light box to take some shots of the new Breitling. I didn't use the 40D; I used the Canon G10 on a tripod with a remote release. This is one of the few that I'm happy with:
Hi,I'd appreciate a bit of advice.I'd like a new watch -ideally a rolex explorer 1. Sadly funds do not allow. This being the case, I was wondering if anyone knows of a watch that has a similar style (not a fake Rolex - just a similar style)Ideally the watch would be 36 mm - or close - certainly not big and heavy, on a bracelet, have a similar clean and uncluttered dial, be an automatic, and available new, or easily obtained used (i'm in the UK).Does any brand/model come to mind.Thanks.Peter
Anyone going next Sunday? I will be there. Wayne? Ben?
