Several years back, an elderly lady gave me this gold Movado that had been her husbands. He had been a doctor, and as she told it a grateful patient had given it to him as a gift (his name is inscribed on the back). I've had no luck finding out anything about it, even after happening on a Movado store in Las Vegas while I was wearing it.I'd like to know more about when it was made and the style if anyone could help. I'd guess that it was made sometime between 1950 and 1980.
excuse my ignorancebut how come members cant post their for sale or wtb ads in the classified forums?as i mentioned in another thread, it seems like the best deals to be had are from other enthusiasts and having been around other tight knit watch communities (not as helpful and friendly as WTF), it seems to me like that would be an asset for the communityim sure this has come up before and there is a valid reason, has it ever been tried?
Even though 2.5 years have passed since I got the 15300, my love for it is definitely still there...
I've asked this question on just about every forum, but so far there has been no answer. I have a Bond Chrono 2225.80.00 with a bracelet that is marked 1503-825 on the clasp and end links are marked 826. It's my understanding the chrono should have the 1504-826 bracelet. Does anybody know the difference between the 1504-826 & 1503-825 bracelets? Is it just the end links( 825 vs 826)? Is the bracelet itself, or the clasp, different in any manner?
