- It's a good watch but it's difficult to read. The gold-tone background and dim LCD make it difficult to read in moderate to dim lighting areas. The status indicators are also too to be useful.

Omega Omega 43993 wrist watches news:
To some collectors, a watch brand ¡ª even one with a proud history ¡ª only proves its horological legitimacy when it produce its first tourbillon. Geneva-based Raymond Weil joins that prestigious club this year, with the release of its extremely limited Raymond Weil Nabucco Cello Tourbillon. Best of all, the watch still manages to fit squarely into the brand’s long-held value-for-price arena. The Raymond Weil Nabucco Cello Tourbillon, of which only 10 pieces will be made, is the brainchild of brand CEO Elie Bernheim, a grandson of company founder and namesake Raymond Weil,? as well as an avid music lover and accomplished cellist himself. Music and musical themes have long influenced the company’s identity, from the names of its watch collections (the Nabucco family, for example, is named for a famous opera) to its partnerships with concert halls, musical awards ceremonies and music-related charities. The new tourbillon watch incorporates musical themes directly into the
Greetings All, Found this to be the best place on the net for help & assitance with all questions on watches. Thx in advance for your time & patience with my following question. I am considering the above watch, it is a brand new watch @ a AD that they are clearing out. My question is what are the main/major differences +/- between this model & the current model the Mark Vl which I would assume is the model that relplaced the Mk lV as I understand the MklV was in production from around 2006-08?. I have not been able to find a MkV so am I correct in assuming they skipped a model & went straight from the Mk lV to the Vl? As well I have done a failry extensive net/google search on the Mark lV & have found absolutely or virtually nothing onb the Mk lV almost as if it never existed, found 1 release memo/ad but not on line reviews or owners reviews etc. So my question is, Why? Was it a dud, any serious problems ppl couldn't excuse & rejected it for the $ becuse
with unlimited resources, the sky is the limit when it comes to buying wristwatches. on the other hand, if you were limited to $75.00...based on your knowledge & experience, what watch model/make would you recommend and/or purchase for yourself?think of this as an exercise that combines both austerity & good taste with a focus on reliability/longevity.
Dear all,I was offered to buy the attached vintage Navitimer (see pics). Apparently the original owner was a pilot and it was quite heavily used. He dropped it resulting in a broken spring (?). Looking things up on the internet, I guess it is a 1965 AOPA Navitimer. I was wondering what you all thing about it. Does the watch appear legit and what would be a fair price if repaired? Thanks,Boris
I just bought my first 2254! I should have it in a couple days! I'll post some pics when i get it. I'm not sure if Im going to be able to sleep or not
