Raleigh dial restored
I just got this Raleigh put back together after having International Dial redo the dial and hands ($36.50). Next, it goes for servicing.The dial wasn't too bad, but the mark would have been too distracting IMO.

I see a lot of vintage Seiko watches about, but not many older Citizens. So, anyone got a vintage Citizen to show?Here's one I have incoming. NOS Parashock with its original mesh strap . I really like the look of this watch. I think it's got a cool '70s vibe going on, without being gaudy.

Just figured out how to use macro
My skills are ever improving when speaking of watch related photography. I guess when you start out with no skill any glimpse of hope is appropriately labeled as an improvement. Well, I always hear Dennis talk about macro (I know what it means) but assumed I was impervious to the need to hit the flower button. Any time I had ever done "Zoom" macro it came out really blurry when trying to focus with the screen. When I took the picture it came out quite clear!!! Sadly, I know it isn't macro Monday but I hope you can still appreciate my new adventures with some old watches and a new toy. My new Merker safety razor and Art of Shaving shave set wanted to make an appearance with my only German watch. So all will be featured in the following pictures. AP Rose Gold - 26470 or 15400?
I am looking to purchase an AP today or tomorrow and am torn between two rose gold options. The ROO 26470 and the RO 15400. Both on black leather straps. Any suggestions will be appreciated.I like them both, but only dilemma is if the larger ROO may go out if trend soon as smaller watches are in at the moment.
