Cartier W2020005 wrist watches news:
Hey guys!I thought that you guys might like to see some of the pictures from our (Me and Tiffany) trip to the NAWCC Convention in Kansas City last week. We planned on leaving around 1am on Thursday morning but there was a massive storm on the way so we left around 11pm on Wednesday night in order to stay ahead of the storm with very little sleep before the 535 mile drive to the convention center. A rest area stop around 2am. Now that we were ahead of the storm it was a VERY nice night to drive with the top down!WHOOHOOO!!! The Waffle House just over the Missouri boarder. I love those hash browns ! ! !Our hotel. The convention local.Got my show badge and I'm ready to start buying!Trying to find some good deals! This is me with Farrell Gay, did a little watch shopping together! Good morning fellow watch talk forumers, I recently made a purchase of a seiko 5 with luminous dial, it runs well, the luminous dial is good, but what I would like to know is why this particular seiko 5 have a day wheel that is operated by pushing the crown? Inspecting the see thru back the markings on the rotor says 7s26a, does the 7s26 have this feature? All of my other 7s26s have quickset day/date function but is manipulated by turning the crown, not pushing it.Here is a photo of the watchOn the see thru case back it also has a marking saying that the watch is "water ressistant 10 bar", can this be trusted? Thanks in advance:)
I'll start...
Looking for a way to keep my straps organized. I prefer Deployants - and I like to leave the buckles on. Now that I bought a couple inexpensive Panatime buckles, I'm a) hoping they work well and b) still not planning to remove the buckle even though they come off a little easier than the OEM.I'd like a nice leather - or possibly other material - organizer for say 6 straps. Can folks post their favorite brand of storage solution? Thanks
A period of flipping a couple of watches finally comes to an end!!! After making calls to several AD's within about a 300 mile radius, my last call was to a somewhat local AD (60 miles away) and yes...... they had a SD43 in the case that was unspoken for!!! Amazing watch that checks all of the boxes. I am very lucky to get my hands on this one because all other AD's I called had 6-12 month waiting lists!!!
