Oris 01-733-7533-xx5x-07-4-24-34EB wrist watches news:
I found this on the net for a reasonable price, can anyone tell from these tiny pictures if it's real or fake..?Cheers Edit: Also, if anyone know whats movement it is (ETA I suppose?) and other curiosa about the watch I would be grateful :)
1st the product packaging is a simple thin cardboard box with some tissue for protection and directions for the watch which were simple and easy to follow, I understand the need for eco packaging, but it doesn't inspire confidence in terms of protective packaging. The watch itself looks great, the rich tones of the rosewood grain are stunning. The band is a quarter inch thick so the watch does look beautiful but maybe a bit big for some people, I personally like it, I didn't need to remove any links so I can't speak to how hard or easy that is. The winding knob is a concern as it just seems fairly loose. Overall as far as day one is concerned I like it and it does feel very lightweight in terms of comfort.Amazon.com: HopCentury Natural Wood Watch for Women and Men with Quartz Movement719G7CwrdoL.jpg
I popped in to get my SE put onto a blue strap today and I really like it, more than the white, I think, as the blue goes well with the RG. This isn't actually the blue strap that comes with the watch, its a lighter shade. The proper SE blue is much darker.
My vision of watches has changed significantly during the last 2-3 weeks. Times are changing, market has changed and my taste has follow that change.Sport watches is what is hot now, I still appreciate the formal pieces with all its romanticism because at the end that¡¯s the essence of Patek. I think I will come back to those formal pieces again (AC, PC, Manual Chrono) is just not the time for me. I just don¡¯t have the means to collect watches that are expensive and market is not that great. In the meantime I found this killer piece, I always want it a Nauti with presence on SS , my first Patek was 5712/1a loved it but unfortunately my wrist didn¡¯t agree with it. 5990 has everything I want: sport , complicated, presence , a pleasure to wear, understated and with a market.Anyway here it is :Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hi everyone - about to make my first Tudor purchase (red black Bay with in house movement) and wanted to get some options for aftermarket leather straps that I could put on the deployant clasp. I really don¡¯t like the distressed leather strap option because it looks really cheaply made. For my Panerai, there were tons of options but not so much for the Tudor, esp with the 22/18 deployant. Any thoughts??Also I do like the brown leather strap on the new BB GMT, but not sure if I am able to purchase just that from an AD?Thanks!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
