- I love this watch. My husband gave it to me for christmas. It matches both silver and gold. It is thin and light weight with real diamonds.

- This watch was a little more flimsy than I had thought. Maybe flimsy is not the right word, I mean more feminine and for a guy. But he loved it and thats all that counts!

Oris 01 643 7609 8555 07 4 24 34EB wrist watches news:
The biggest new feature of the SIHH this year was, of course, the area set aside for presentations by nine independent watchmakers, known as the Carré des Horlogers. Based on word-of-mouth from participants, it seems to have been in general a success, allowing what many independent brands, journalists, and clients have had to do in a very chaotic way in previous years – meeting to see new products and designs in venues offsite – to take place under one roof. Of course, non-Richemont brands have always been a part of the SIHH (Parmigiani Fleurier, Audemars Piguet, and Richard Mille are all examples), but this is the first time such a large number of small-batch makers have participated. Of these, one of the most high touch and low volume is Kari Voutilainen, whose fame among connoisseurs is out of proportion to the very small volume of watches he produces. But there's a reason his work commands the respect it does. 1 OF 12 This is a unique piece in p
I guess it depends on your personality. There is an auction running for an Oris Williams F1 Team Day Date. The owner claims the movement is an ETA 2836-2, and "not the SW 200 movement (ETA copy) which is now being used outside the Swatch Group Switzerland"Should I point out that yes, it's not the SW200, but it is the SW220, and from all evidence I can find, most definitely NOT a 'genuine' ETA 2836-2? Oris don't use ETA, and base their movements on Sellita movements (which are ETA 'copies' anyway).Or should I just not care, and let the auction run it's own merry way...?
Hello to all:Before I get to really browsing old threads etc, I figured I'd check in to say hello. Is there a dedicated "post here first" thread/section here? I haven't seen one but don't want to step on any toes. Thanks!
So I have my Rolex yacht-master and I wanted to round out my beginning collection with an Omega. I like the seamaster, particularly the 50 year anniversary Bond watch. I also like the speed master, more so for the historical value. I haven't been a fan of the chronograph faces, I think they're too busy. I wanted some owners input before I make my purchase. I wanted to stay around the $4,500 mark. Thanks in advance.
Many heard the thread I posted. I was looking for my second SubC. My first Rolex purchase was a Sub brand new back in the day in 2003. We are planning to give that to our son for graduating college. I was on the search for a new Sub. many of the trusted sellers were selling like new at new prices. I actually ended up finding a new one. I was sleeping on it when I texted my old pal Takuya to see if he had a like new. Timing is everything. He did. I asked just how good it was as the delta from new AD to Trusted seller needed to be worth while. He said it was in perfect shape, just like new. I jumped on it and got it today.Enjoy the pics as much as I am enjoying the glidelock (have one on my Hulk and fell in love)Takuya rocks!!!1.jpg2.jpg3.jpg4.jpg5.jpg
