Citizen Question
I was wondering if any of you have any experiance with the BL8000-03A Citizen Calibre 8700 watch? I love the look of the white dial and silver case combined with the black strap. Personally I think it makes a very nice dress watch.I know that you can't go wrong with Citizen in nearly any way, so I am confident in this watch's performance. I would just like to know what you all think about it overall.Here is a pic I stole from the interwebz

Bremont gets caught trying to pass off their new movement as in house and made in Britain, when in fact it was co-developed and based on a current Swiss design. Also, just the bridge and another part were manufactured in England.The readers at Hodinkee were the ones who pointed out the similarity between Bremont's BWC/01 movement and the La Joux-Perret calibre from which it is derived. Guys,I had a pic of Putin with a watch I believe what a WG Calatrava but lost it - was trying to identify the ref. Long story short, am looking for my first WG Calatrava that would be a classic model (no longer in production) with perhaps a date function but no subdials. Any ideas on references? A size 36-38mm would be fine. 5119G from the current collection is quite nice but a bit too fancy in my opinion for work use.I have a 5712 in steel and a 5196J.Thanks.
