Cartier WE902055 wrist watches news:
Not one I bought, but I need to look it up for a friend.I don't really know anything about it, other then he paid too much for it. It's a gold filled case. The dial is shot, but the movement looks fine.I don't know if it works or not, the crown spins freely without moving any gears, like it's disconnected or something. Pulling it up does move the hands. The movement is only marked 'Longines Swiss 1227080'
I am sure some of you have seen mention of movement shortages and movement scarcity. Well I found out this is not just a shortage of Swiss, or even Japanese movements. The bloody Sea-Gull movements are all allocated for the next 9 months! Which makes me wonder what effect this will have this coming year on the market in general. As it seems that just about all the sources of automatic movements are becoming rather scarce. Best Regards,Thomas Carey
...do people recommend to give a Diver.I know the manual says 30 - but have read online people suggesting much less. Can it cause any damage or is the mechanism disengaged once fully wound?Cheers!
Just bought it in preloved ,all boxes, booklets, even the sales receipt ,in great condition-lnib-,just love it PB was a great Bond:-)
It's going to be controversial. But I like it and it's super comfortable. Introducing the 5726 on the RubberB strap. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1453550536.345457.jpgI find its more comfortable than the OEM rubber strap. And the grey rubber matches the dial so nicely. Still formal but now with a hint of sportiness. What do you guys think?
