Hello All,I have an Omega Seamaster Quartz, Movement 1538 and when I try to tighten the crown down, my watch quits working, usually within a few minutes. If I push the crown down so it's past position 1 and just barely start to tighten it it works fine. It seems to me that somehow the stem may be shorting out the watch when it's screwed in all the way, but it's also strange that it doesn't stop working immediately when the crown is screwed in all the way. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be or how I could fix it myself before sending it off to service? Thanks,Justin
Thought I would post a few pics of how the patina on my Bronze Zenton B42 is progressing.Just got a new strap which I think suits it very well. Just waiting on my bronze buckle then it will be perfect. What it looked like 4 months agoThis morning
With it's sublime matte dial, painted markers, and brushed steel bracelet,(but looks equally great on a strap), I always thought this was a great collection. Bonus that it draws inspiration from the original Railmasters of the 1950s. Show em' if you got em'!
Went to my local AD today to see the Blusey in person. Unfortunately they just sold it a couple days earlier but I was presently surprised at how much inventory they had. Submariner with and without date, black GMT, Air-King. They¡¯d just gotten in a steel Daytona but that was long gone, as well as a Sea-Dweller.As usual I went to see one watch and was blown away by another. The TT Daytona and the DSSD were amazing in person. Here¡¯s some pics!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
