Patek Philippe Patek Philippe 21338 wrist watches news:
I keep coming back to this watch:(Pic by Kieron; watchuseek).(Pic by Kieron; watchuseek).(Pic from uhrenhandel.de).(Pic from uret.se).(Source on pic).I have read a comment online about the Omega Speedmaster Moonphase : "It is puking up class". What I like about this specific "Speedy" are the relatively uncluttered dial despite its complications, the domed and cambered sapphire crystal (AR coated on the inside only which is a big plus, imho), the acrylic tachymetre bezel (reminds me of the one since on the Daytona ref. 6263) and the size (42mm). The watch uses the Omega Cal. 1866 which is in fact a Lemania manually wound Cal. 1874.I think this could be a nice watch for me since I have never owned a manually wound watch before, it is within my reach and I really like the appearance of this Omega model. However, Omega only "guarantees" an accuracy of about + 10 - 15 seconds a day for their manually wound watches. So question is: in this specific case, should beauty be more important than
Sorry for my absence from the forum for a bit - was traveling for work. But it did pose an interesting opportunity for thought.I was traveling in Brazil and stole away for a night in Rio. Being a fan of music, I found a bar playing Bossa Nova in Ipanema. I was sitting there, by myself, people watching and listening to the set when I noticed a gentleman and his wife sitting a couple of tables over. He had a bottle of Johnny Walker and what appeared to be a nice watch. So, I had the thought - have you ever looked at a person, surveyed the situation and thought - "sure, I'd trade even up." You can't know what they are wearing though. It was low light, I couldn't tell what he was wearing - maybe a Timex and maybe a JLC - but the demeanor, dress, etc. I thought an interesting game (FWIW, I was wearing my Hamilton Field Chrono).Interesting thoughts over an adult beverage in a great city...B

Hi guys,Need help. Bought a OEM strap for my carbon GP, the size is XS 29.3/24. Is this the smallest size? I'm at the first hole and it's still quite loose. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
I'm in the process of buying my first Panerai -- I have chosen a 533. My local AD does not offer any sort of discount but there are some decent deals out there.Forgive me if this is a newbie question but I am noticing that the movement appears different in some of the photos. On the Panerai homepage the movement looks like this:But I have also seen photos online that look like this ... no CAL. in front of the P.2003, letter do not appear to be blue, etc. :Does the appearance of the movement change from year to year, or from the official photos to later versions?I don't think there is a replica of that 10 day movement -- yet -- but it is a bit concerning.
