Oris 7461 wrist watches news:
I received a Colt Chronometre Automatic as a birthday gift and really do not know anything about the watch. This is the only watch I have, not a collector or anything. So I have some questions.1) the users manual doesn't really explain the watches operating features. Is there a place I could read more about how the watch works?2) How often should I be winding the watch. It stops if I leave it off for more that a day or two.3) Does it contain a battery or is it working only on the winding?4) When setting the date, I should first put the hands at the bottom position, then move the crown and set the date to the day prior, then go back to set the time? What else do I need to know about this watch to keep it in good shape. Thanks so much
Could someone post a photo of a Hamilton Jazzmaster Mens Auto SS H32555135? The only pictures I've been able to find are the black and white, almost diagram-like ones. You can't really tell if the face is too busy from that.

I am aware this is a Patek forum, however, I opened this thread here because Lapince is a big fan of Patek.Arnaud was looking forward to coming to Baselworld, which we were going to visit together. About 5 days ago he transferred funds to his Swiss AD for his 5711 which he arranged to pick up at Baselworld. He was also going to meet Kari Voutilainen at Baselworld. He sent me his flight details via email and was supposed to arrive in Zurich last Friday night with an Air France flight arriving from Paris. He never showed up.The flight landed on time uneventfully but Arnaud was never on it. I have not received any messages or emails indicating that he would not be able to make it.I tried calling him on his French mobile and on his Ukrainian number but there was no answer with both simply ringing continuously. I contacted his AD who told me that he had last spoken with Arnaud the day before the funds were transferred where Arnaud told him I am going to come no matter what, even if I have 40
...but two ADs later I ended up with a 510. This is my first venture into the Paneristi and glad I finally popped my cherry :). Based on pictures I was certain I was buying a 312...after trying it on it fealt awkward. Wanting an auto I move on to the 104...but I could not get past the lack of sandwhich dial. The staff at Tourneau suggested I consider the 510 and after much debate this was the winner! Love it!
