What kind of cameras do you recommend for watch photos
Hi all,I have been impressed with the great shots I see shared on this forum.So much so that I have gotten the itch to take some myself.Unfortunately, I probably don't have the right equipment to take decent shots.Any suggestions as to what type of camera and/or lens I would need?Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

My journey with Omega
Since we have quite a few members (new and veteran) that are taking an interest in vintage I thought I'd try to share the path I've taken to get where my Omega collection is today from when I first joined WTF. I can't illustrate it before then because..... well, frankly I didn't bother with pictures before forum life and I didn't own many Omegas anyway. When I found WTF I had only one modern Omega - a 2504.80 Aqua Terra mid-size:It lasted over 2 years in my collection, but because I could never get the bracelet to fit comfortably I finally broke down and sold it. Gorgeous watch though, and if it had micro adjustments on the clasp I would still own it. That's the whole story for newer Omegas. On to the vintage! My first few watches were what most would consider 'starter pieces'. What's your wrist size
I have an 8.5in wrist. It's good to have a big wrist because big watches fit well. But there are many watches between 38m -40m that just look small on my hand. So I am wondering about the rest of the people here.

Hello Forum Members! Just bought my very first Panerai (PAM00512) and received delivery this past Tuesday. Absolutely in love with the watch for all the reasons Nigel UK has written in his posts. I¡¯ve included a few pictures below.Being new to Panerai, I was wondering if forum members could help me out with answers a few questions...1) I have the original box, manuals, hang tags, and warrantee form with the watch which was purchased in January 2016 here in the US. What I find curious is that the watch is a early Q series example (<100 out of 2000) and has a rubber strap and deployment buckle. Does anyone know if the rubber strap is the original that came with the 512? I looked on the Panerai site and they do not sell this strap for the 1940 Radimir nor have I seen any pcitures I have seen so far. 2) Another curious item is the deployment buckle. Per the serial number and the Panerai labeling, it looks like a factory item to me. Has anyone seen this deployment buckle before?
