- I got this watch for Christmas and just love it!!!! I look forward to changing the straps. If you don't want the Deco (which was very popular this season), I think this is a great option.

- I received this watch for my birthday and I just love it! I like ger watches, so this one really satisfies. The only thing that worries me about it is that the crystal is curved, so I am always worried I will scratch it. The face is gorgeous and it has a good weight to it. The leather band is very high quality.

Panerai 243 wrist watches news:
A new arrival today, a Seiko 6139-6005 from July 1974. Everything on this is original, crystal, dial, hands, bracelet, lume, case finish, all totally original
It seems that every vintage watch I have, I need to wear it on the very last hole, and even then they're a little tight until they form to my wrist. After that, I can sometimes move it to the second hole, but not with all of them.Is it because people put new bands, which are made for watches of today's case size on much smaller vintage watches? Is there a source anybody can recommend for slightly longer bands? I'd like to be able to tuck the end of the band under both the stationary and sliding holders or whatever they're called I can usually only tuck it under the one that's right next to the buckle.
I will be taking my 4 year old son to Disney on Ice wearing my latest addition...Orient CDB04001D0 Limited Edition Marcus Gronholm Rally Watch.
I am 43 years old and I never wore watches. I decided to embark on a journey to seek out the perfect watch for me. I started with various watches and I ended up shortlisting it to two. The Rolex Daytona and the Omega Speedmaster Professional. I decided on the Omega for various reasons: NASA History, Classic Chronograph and I loved the presentation box. I passed on the Rolex because the cost was almost 3x and the availability was limited (long wait-list). The decision then was which version of the Speedmaster Professional to get. So I looked at both of them online in detail. Read all the reviews. I also went to an Omega Authorized Dealer to see both up close and personal. At 6'1 190 LBS and 6.75 wrist, I was concerned the watch would be slightly too big. After seeing them and trying them, by initial thought was true, the solid back with the hesalite crystal was the only choice for me.The last part was, where to buy it and how much should I spend. I narrowed it down to CH Je
Hey guys, I have been offered the following trade and thought I would get your take on it...Trade:My mint LMPO Limited Edition + $6k for a Silver Snoopy. While I really like the Snoopy and would like to own one I'm not sure it is worth the premium the are currently going for. Judging by recent sales for the LMPO the seem to fetching low to mid 6's so that would put the total value of the Snoopy at low to mid 12's for this trade. That's still less then what I see in the sales threads for the Silver Snoopy but I feel like the prices right now are way off base due to supply/demand for the Snoopy. Don't get me wrong it is a wonderful piece but I feel like a year or 2 from now the prices will settle back down.Would love to hear your thoughts!
