- Make sure you want a large timepiece, since this is very large but that's seems to be the fashion these days. Not thin but very substantial. Looks great, easy to read and easy to operate.

I realize I'm in a forum that might have some bias . But I'm curious as to how you tuning fork watch guys would break down the choice between purchasing an f300 and a Bulova Accutron. I am fascinated by tuning fork watches and am looking to dip my toe with a purchase of one. I have my own thoughts on the pluses and minuses of going Accutron versus going f300. I'd love to hear some different perspectives as food for thought. Feel free to compare from any angle you'd like (quality, collectability, price, durability, cost of service, aesthetics, anything). Thanks ahead of time for any responses.
Just out of idle curiosity, how much tinkering do you perform on your Hamiltons?I am comfortable changing straps/bracelets, sizing bracelets, and doing a little simple polishing but I don't open the caseback.
I just received my PAM 911. Many thanks to my friend and advisor EstebanPalacino from the Miami boutique. He is a world class guy who is not only extremely knowledgeable about the brand but also very passionate Pictures to follow
