On my GMT II T/T the bracelet tapers down from the end links to the clasp.I was wondering if Rolex has always done this on the entire line, or is this relatively new. I only have the one so I don't have much to compare it to.What is the goo that Rolex uses to keep the bracelet screws in place ?

Having a Watch Engraved
I'd like to give a watch as a gift to a friend and would like to get it engraved. First, is this possible? Can I take it to any local jeweler and have them engrave stainless steel? Additionally where could one have the watch engraved? I was thinking on one of the links adjacent the case, probably the one nearer the wearer of the watch. Finally, Does this even sound like a good idea? Thanks.

Seamaster 300
After much debating, I picked-up a new Seamaster 300 over the weekend. I wouldn't say it's replacing my sub--they are very different watches--but the 300 is temporarily dominating my wrist.
