Maitres du Temps Chapter One Round Watch
Even some of Maitres du Temps' dream team of designers didn't think this could be done. How do you take a watch like the Chapter One with its top and bottom mounted cylinders and make it round? The tonneau shaped version is large enough as it is. You might be able to make it square, but round? It just didn't make sense. Stillthey did it. Make the watch dial and central part of the case round, and extend the lug segments. Voila! Aside from the shape and style, the Chapter One Round watch has the same movement and functions as the standard Chapter One watch, which I wrote about initially here (more technical), and shared after a hands-on treatment here. Though the Chapter One Round is part of a more limited, limited edition of just 11 pieces, and more expensive than the standard Chapter One. New Seamaster 2532.20
Despite swearing blind I wouldn't buy another Omega (after the problems with my Bond Planet Ocean) I went ahead and bought another Seamaster after it caught my eye in a shop I walked past.I'd always wanted a white faced Omega after a Great White caught my eye years ago, sadly the GMT is pretty hard to come by.Its a 'Bond' 2532 but with the white face, which IMHO is a nicer looking watch.Its the only one I've ever seen in the flesh, so thought I'd better buy it.Did they make less of these with the white face, because it seems to be pretty rare?

While it's clear the wait for the blue dial is similar to the wait for the Stainless Ceramic Daytona . In the US how fast are people getting the black and white dials ? What have you heard from your AD about there availability.
