Panerai PAM 288 wrist watches news:
some one sell a pam 250 to me, for 4000USD.do you all think i should buy it?
...eBay item #220937418678, that closed yesterday. That watch had a Lady Hamilton movement Grade 983 in a Star Case Co. "Stellar" cushion shape case. Movement has serial number 1.25M, from about 1918.Is this a correct case for the watch, or was it recased at one point? I thought that these fancy porcelain-dialled watches were supposed to have fixed lug cases. In interest of disclosure, I was an underbidder on this auction. But I'm always looking to learn a little more.Any ideas out there?gatorcpa
I am looking at this one, I seem impressed and they have been willing to work with me. you you guys think before i pull the trigger.https://bernhardtwatch/index.php?id=34
I was thinking Daytona as my next acquisition but haven't even been able to see / try on a Daytona in the flesh, let alone purchase at MSRP.... But I did have the (surprise) opportunity to grab something else I liked, at retail, that I didn't think I'd be able to get either..... Whaddya think is in the Jersey Rock's Box?
Can someone explain where the Broad Arrows fit in the Omega collection? I follow Omega but only own a Speedy Pro. I don't quite understand what the BA's were originally and in more current editions.I've got the same question about the Schumachers, too. Are they using the same movement (the original models) as the Speedy auto's or is there a difference? Thanks.
