Panerai pam 00210 wrist watches news:
Ulysse Nardin’s Maxi Marine Diver Titanium is the newest addition to the Maxi Marine Diver collection. The skin-friendly case measures 45 mm in diameter with a unidirectional rotating bezel in either 18 carat rose gold or stainless steel. The wave-patterned dial supports applied luminous indexes. The black, wave-patterned rubber strap has rose gold or titanium elements bearing the UN anchor logo. The exhibition case-back offers an excellent view of the C.O.S.C.-certified movement and its ruthenium colored rotor. This watch features a power reserve indicator at 12 and an oversized small seconds register with date at 6. The MMD Ti is water-resistant to 200 meters. Each case is individually numbered.
When buying a pre-loved ROLEX, I've read that you can send it off for a servicing, where the watch returns "good as new". I'm asuming this servicing takes place at ROLEX hq, but does anyone know what exactly they do to the watch? Do they replace blemished hour markers, dial features, bezels & crystalsor simply run over it with a scrub brush and give 'er an oil change? Admittedly $500 for a service would be considered absurd by any non-WIS, so I'm just curious what to expect should I buy 2nd hand and invest in a service.Thanks.
Well my Friends it's time to make up my mind! The new black (non LE) SMP will not be out till at least October / November 08 and by then the price rise will have taken effect (in about 2 weeks I think!)I seriously don't think I can wait that long after waiting this long already.I will decide between one of these...2254.50 Black SMP (needs no intro)or...42mm PO on bracelet (black bezel and white numbers)I really like them both! No surprises there thenMy choice is this, If I went for the 2254.50 then I would have enough left (Around £500-600) to buy another watch. I've seen a nice Oris or maybe see what I can pick up pre owned?However...If I go for the PO I will not have that extra cash!So...How would my dosh be better spent in your opinions?A/ Buy the 2254.50, save a load of cash and buy another watch as well?B/ Buy the PO and only the PO.The depth rating is not an issue for me since 300m is more than enough. Is the Co Axial worth all that extra cash? or would that cash be better
Will I ever see my Sub date again?I take it to my local AD and ask for full service (a 5 year old Sub running 20 seconds slow a day, something highly wrong if you ask me). They say "6 to 8 weeks".I'm now at week 11 and I keep getting excuses: "it'll be back in the next fortnight" etc.It will have been gone at least 12 weeks and that is totally ridiculous. My car, which is rather more complex, gets serviced in an afternoon.I'm not going to use a RSC again - will go independent next time. Unless I switch to quartz. I just hope they send it back with some freebies, but somehow I doubt it in this country.
My first post here...........I bought a pave diamond Rolex watch band for my wife's watch, and will be selling the original bark finished hidden clasp band.Graduating bracelet from 10 mm - 13 mm in width, weighs about 34 grams and the length is 5" when clasped. Model: 8570F It has minimal stretch and is in good shape.I don't want to sell it for scrap obviously, but want to get a fair price out of it to help pay for the pave band.Any help would be greatly appreciated !!How much is it worth ?Thanks
