The handiest way to keep your automatic watches ready for action when you want to wear them. I used sit there and wind a bunch of automatic watches manually each day. It was a pain. If you don't wear your automatic mechanical watch for a day or two it stops. Then you need to reset it when you wear it. If you only have one watch, this isn't a problem - but as your collection growswell you can see where these useful accessories come in quite handy. Good watch winders aren't cheap. Hello Longines lovers...I'm seeking info on this watch (sorry no pics) that I found in the same antique shop that I bought the last Omega I'm restoring...It's a Longines, I guess circa 1930, with this specs (from the quick sight of it)WristwatchSterling silver case with a lot of engraving, very artisanal workIt has a cover, like a pocket watch, you have to open it to read the timeManual windLeather strapAnybody know something about a model like this?

Anyone know of a wristwatch (men's or women's) with face similar to one pictured?
If anyone could help identify a men's or women's wristwatch with a face similar to the schoolhouse clock face in the picture below, I (and my daughter) would sure appreciate it. She loves that style of clock face, but wants it in a writstwatch. I don't think the wristwatch size matters much. Thanks in advance.

Omega winding problems
Hello, My late 1960s Seamaster Deville will not wind anymore. the crown wont turn and when i put it up to my ear i cant hear the rotor spin anymore. the best way I can describe it as "locked up". the watch will still tick but only for a few seconds. I know when I would manually wind the watch it would "lock up" but after letting it run for a couple minutes you could wind it again. I did have the watch cleaned a few months ago. The mainspring is prety weak because it wouldnt run more than a few hourss when not being worn. thanks Joe
