Patek Philippe 5035 g wrist watches news:
Based on a simple 1930s model from the Stowa archives, the Partitio Black Automatic retains much of the understated functional design that began to gain popularity at that time. Moreover, the slim proportions – 37 mm in diameter and about 11 mm in thickness – are a breath of fresh air for those who prefer more discreet and wearable watches. At just under $725, the three-hand watch with black dial and an unfussy case design presents good value relative to other vintage-inspired models with ebauche movements on the market today. 2 OF 8 The 37 mm stainless steel case features linear lugs. The Partitio Black Automatic follows the same Bauhaus design ethos as another watch we reviewed in the last column, The Nomos Tangente. The hallmarks of Bauhaus design (and good design in general), most notably a symbiosis between form and function, are on full display with this model.Additionally, a great attention to detail has been paid to the typesetting and typefaces u
I know what I like about the Orange Monster, but what do YOU like about it?I like how the bezel looks jagged and rough, but feels smooth and almost melted. For me, the weight and size are just about perfect for a dive watch, making it very comfortable. I like that the crystal is concave, and sits a little lower than the outer edge of the bezel. I like that the Orange Monster is somewhat whimsical, but still a serious watch. The only thing I'd do differently is I'd like one without either the day or date.Mine came with both a Seiko stainless bracelet and a Seiko rubber strap. The stainless was installed, and I switched to the rubber to see which I liked better - so far I'm leaving the rubber strap on it.Your thoughts?
Ok guys, need some help!Should I keep my 15703 and buy a bracelet, or just sell the 15703 and use the bracelet money to help buy the 15400? Thanks!
Anyone here own this watch? I have been thinking of one of this. For those who have or had one, give me feedback good and bad.
Hi all, this question intrigues me. Why would the datejust 36mm get the new 32 series movement and the redesigned case sides (my understanding it will hold a polish better) before the Sub? In fact why would Rolex give it to the datejust ahead of the 36mm Day Date?I speculate, it is because the DJ is a much bigger seller, and more important to Rolex than we imagine. They need to satisfy (gasp!) their most important customer, the 36mm datejust buyer! I am sure there will be no waiting lists for them when they roll out across the line. Maybe Rolex does care about their most important customers! Could the majority of us forum members be less important than we think? Its too bad Rolex didn't release detailed sales information by model, it would be interesting to see. All speculation I know, but I would like to know what you think? I think it cant be overlooked. The DJ 36mm receiving all the latest and greatest improvements first. Why?
