- I was disappointed in this watch. It did not look as pretty in person as it did on tv. I returned this watch.

- Love this watch! Easy to gram, and very waterof...I've had it out in the ocean for swimming and riding waves every day for a month and it's still working beautifully. Great watch for the price point.

Patek Philippe 5127R wrist watches news:
Really not a lot to add to this video in terms of stuff to say. The merits are there for your eyes. You have the very friendly Arnd at A. Lange & Sohne wearing TheTimeTV's signature little microphone talking about the new Richard Lange "Pour le Merite" and new 1815 watch line that was officially released at SIHH in January a couple months back. These videos do the new watch line justice, and it is interesting to get a glimpse at the set up's that brands display at SIHH (always impressive). You can see a little bit of the super-sized Lange 1 made clock sized at the display. Another cool feature is the supersized exploded model of the new 1815 watch's movement. One of my favourite complications is a GMT/World Time complication. And since Longines is one of my favourite brands I was interested in looking at their world timer. I have not had a chance to see one in the flesh yet, but I have to admit that I am a bit underwhelmed by this watch. I hope that it is the typical bad photos that they tend to put up, as I was not impressed by their Conquest and Hydro Conquest ranges until a saw a better picture, perhaps that is the case here as well.I guess I had better sort out what it is that leaves me a bit flat with this watch. First, the size. It is listed as 38.5mm, which is just under my comfort zone for watches. Some watches do wear larger, and this one may, but its size is not a positive for me.I'm also not sure whether I like the dial colour scheme or not. Normally I love a white dial, but this one does nothing for me. It could be the semicircular blue ring in the 24 hour inner ring, I'm not sure, but it doesn't do much for me. Perhaps if this
how rare is the Pipingrock model?
Okay, here I am again.First, let me address all the naysayers. I know that this is not everyone's cup of tea. The Safari belongs on the brown hornback. It is the pairing of the brown hornback with the cream dial that makes the Safari what it is.I don't disagree. It was that combo that drew me to the Safari in the first place. However, owning a Panerai turns one into a strap whore and it is infectious. It creates a desire to tinker when different strap options are available. So, I've done the Safari on black rubber and diver straps. I like how the black straps seem to increase the contrast between the black numbers and the cream dial. It feels like the numbers really pop off the dial. I love the hornback so I really wanted the black hornback.Well, the AD called on Wednesday to say that my new deployment buckle had arrived from AP so I went downtown to pick it up. I had also picked up the black hornback when I ordered the DB so I had the new strap put on with the new buckle. Here it is.Al
