Leather strap's clasps
I have some watches with leather strap, that are hard as rock so I have to put some extra strenght to have it attached to the buckle in the correct hole...I think that this is not good for the strap, and maybe for the pins attached to the watch, for the big stress, so I'm considering in changing the buckles for clasps (only the vintage will keep their buckles :) )So, and maybe is a silly question, but want to be sure, when ordering this clasps, I have to order the size of the buckle? let's say, the width of the straps' ends?Do I made myself clear? sorry but don't know how to explain better

The ‘57 re-edition would be bought used....most likely a 1998-2002 Watch. Price is about the same....the used watch a little less.Something about the brushed tachy bezel and broad arrow hands has my attention but I really like the looks of both. I do like the fact that I can get the full box set new with the Speedmaster Pro Moon.Have any of you Speedy owners considered both of these? Any reason to own one over the other? Glidelock for my Explorer II 16570?
What is the cheapest way to get a Glidelock bracelet for my Explorer II ref 16570? Could I just get a clasp and not replace the entire bracelet?
