Patek Philippe 5980 wrist watches news:
Right from the time of its launch in 1993, Happy Sport line was particularly brilliant. This very original watch was inspired by the lighthouse of Happy Diamonds model, while adding a touch of updating of the lines of originality and Vanguard. Since then, the Happy Sport collection has become one of the biggest hits of the mark. The new Happy Sport Chrono Mark II presented at Baselworld last year was in agreement with that in accordance with decision to innovate and respond to women in terms of watches still more sophisticated applications.
Hi guysA few months back I sold both of my PO's to finance purchasing a Rolex Sea-Dweller. I have since bought a Rolex GMT II, but I always missed my black PO, and with the release of Quantum Of Solace on 31st October '08, this only made me want to get another one.I e-mailed my AD with my request and have ordered a brand new 45.5m PO which should come in between 1-2 weeks. In the meantime I was advised by my AD that the Omega "steels" range was going up on May 1st in the region of 8/9%I was a little shocked and this made me want to buy the watch before the price increase. What's other people's thoughts on this - for instance in the UK this mean's a PO will now cost over 2K from May 1st.
I quit smoking cold turkey back on January 7th. At the time I promised myself a expensive watch if I could stay away from cigarettes. So far so good. After looking at and trying on watches from Rolex, Panerai, Breitling, and Oris nothing seem to strike me as being the one. Another member on this site posted some really nice photos of a Planet Ocean 2201. I went down to my local AD, tried one on. SOLD! A 2200.50.00
In doing some research on the Ti model, I came across a few posts (I cant find the thread again to be able to directly post in there) that seemed to suggest that the pusher design and crown on this model can be a bit uncomfortable, particularly when compared to the redesigned GP and/or Schumacher.Could anyone comment on the veracity of this concern, particularly if you happened to have experience across these three pieces?thanks!
Got one incoming for myself this morning.... I AM SUPER EXCITED!!!!
