Panerai PAM00311 wrist watches news:
Hublot has long been known for its bold use of non-conventional materials and combinations of materials in its watch cases; several years ago, the brand even created its own scratch-resistant “Magic Gold” alloy that it has since used in several watch models. This year, Hublot makes horological history with the first large-scale series of watches with cases cut from pure sapphire blocks.Up until now, only a few one-of-a-kind pieces or extremely limited series of watches ¡ª Richard Mille’s RM 56-02 and Hublot’s own MP05 LaFerrari Sapphire among them ¡ª have been available commercially with pure sapphire cases. The Hublot Big Bang Unico Sapphire, launching at Baselworld 2016 in March, will be an edition of 500 pieces ¡ª still exclusive, but offering an extremely difficult-to-make timepiece on a much larger scale. The middle, bezel, and back of the 45-mm-diameter case are cut from blocks of sapphire, which Hublot reminds us is nearly as hard and scratch-resistant as di
hi, i found my grandfathers watch on the weekend, its completly trashed.scratched glass, broken hands. i took it in to my watch repairer, and his going to do me a quote on a full overhaul for me. i stupidly didnt take any photos and was wondering if there was a archive i can look through to indentify it?Its quite a small face on it, gold maby 9 carrot, has a silver back, is manual wind, has a omega logo that is a badge not a print. has a gold dial, and only has numbers on 12, 3, 6 and 9. it also has a second hand on the main dial no sub second hand. i found a pic it kind of looks like, but from memory the watch i have is not stamped seamaster, thank you
OK, so I respectfully ask the question, which version of this famous model is your favorite? The old, aluminum bezel insert model, or the newer GMT IIC?I realize it's a bit of an apples vs. oranges question because they're both so different, but given the choice, which would you own?
I bought an Invicta 5017 pro diver. I want to buy a Zulu band for it. I can¡¯t seem to find any info. on the band width it requires. I have read 18mm-22mm widths. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello all, I have not been very busy on this forum, so please excuse me if I make a faux-pas. Question, i a patek 5712 in rose gold with a tiffany dial (original papers stating tiffany dial), not quite bonding with it. So considering a trade for a 5711 in rose gold. Any thoughts? All opinions are welcomed. Sueno213.
