Patek Philippe 5085 / 1A wrist watches news:
After seeing a Colt on one of the original Breitling honey straps, I knew the debate was over for which to go with for my Chrono Cockpit.http://www.fredawatchstraps.com/hirlib.htmlGotta love shopping at our sponsors! I got the lightest color as I have an ivory MOP dial. Can't wait to see it. The Pilot's bracelet is getting a bit uncomfortable in the heat.
Now I know I had said that I would never spent thousands of dollars on a quartz watch expectually a Citizen. But last night I was reading my August 2007 issue of Watch Time and was reading the article with Kurt Behm who was a long time high end brand collector but decided to buy and wear Campanola's instead. Man the more I look at them the more I love them. Come on how can you not like them.
Hey guys i need some serious help.I have an old watch that my mother left to my daughter(heirloom) and I can't quite figure out the brand and having trouble taking pictures due to the gold in the face of the watch.the back of the watch says corletto italy 18kt, it is hard to make out the letters on the face of the watch but they look something like "lorett" or "larett" they are in cursive the watch is at the least of 45 years old.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So, I'm a current Omega owner looking to make the switch to Rolex. BUT then I see this watch, the 300M automatic with blue dial and bezel. Not yet seen in person, only on-line, but would anyone be able to compare the blue on this Omega with the Blue on the Rolex Submariner (pre-ceramic bezel model). I love the Rolex blue but am haunted by the beating that the gold PCL's on the TT oyster bracelet will take. Whereas the Omega is just a stainless bracelet, and mostly not shiney. So, I guess I'm asking what are your thoughts on this particular Omega watch, model number 2220.80.00. Thanks in advance, Chuck
