- This watch was larger and heavier than expected. Unfortunately, it looked more like a tourist's trinket than a fine watch...I loved the features of this watch.

Patek Philippe Patek Philippe 36168 wrist watches news:
*Check out our full review of the Techne Sparrowhawk II here.?The Techn¨¦ Sparrowhawk II is a watch that we've had on our radar for sometime, starting when the brand showed an early video of the watch's unique meca-quartz movement in action. A movement that combines quartz based time with a mechanical chronograph. So when they were fully unveiled not too long ago, we had to jump on getting a review model, which Franck J. of Techn¨¦ kindly provided. There are a few reasons why we were so enthusiastic about the watch that we think our readers will be enthusiastic about it too.For one thing, the brand itself is fairly young, having been founded in 2009, and has a very different philosophy from other brands out there, a philosophy that worn&wound can certainly get behind. They believe in smart designs that blend function, history and strong aesthetics. They use movements and manufacturing processes that demonstrate a passion for innovation. They promote sustainability and good labor prac
Hi, I need some bracelet links for an Invicta 3806. Anyone could sell them ?Thanks3806 invista links.jpg
It all started when I was ten.( 1977) I remember lusting after a Timex LCD digital watch that my friend Ricky had gotten for this birthday.I had had wind up watches but this was NEW. My dad had always been a pseudo watch guy and recently gotten a Seiko LED watch that amazed everyone.( he still has it)Anyhow for my tenth birthday I got the Timex! I cannot remember not ever wearing a watch since then. The years went on and on Christmas 1984 I got a Seiko quartz TT watch, just like my dad had gotten several months earlier. I was a Senior in high school and it made me feel very adult. In college I ended up dabbling in "fake Gucci" watches for extra dough, HOWEVER, my good friend who supplied these items of question also got a lot of "duty free" Seikos. That was my first auto diver, which was worn for many, many years.About this time I started looking at what I call serious watches, because he ( my friend) wore a real Rolex (as did my boss). I was also a Bond fan and really took a liking
So first off, I apologize if this topic has been beaten to death as I imagine it's a popular discussion. I have searched for info and found a bit here and there but would really love to hear a fresh comparative take on these two watches.Let me also explain my interest and how things balance for me. I've never owned a Panerai but I've been a long time admirer. After years of trying on watches, and endless hours of internet drooling, I am quite certain If I ever manage to pull the trigger it would be for a 292 or 505. I have also considered the 183, 210 and 380 but ultimately I know I won't be happy till I end up with the composite or ceramic.OK so here's my preferences and thoughts.Color and Style: I give this a very slight edge to the 505. There's something about the brown hue that is so unique and attractive to me. Also love the brown strap. However, I would be concerned that I might get slightly bored with the color scheme down the road which would push my back towards the 292
Seeking suggestions on Rolex AD near midtown area or any stores in particular that is worth a visit? Thanks in advance.
