Can you identify a watch at 40 paces? How about when only a bit of the watch is visible, the rest hidden by a shirt cuff? To test your watch spotting skills, we’ve cropped images of 15 well-known modern watches so that you can see only a portion of the dial and case. Can you identify them? Hello everyone - Great forum you guys have here. It is full of information and i want to thankyou everyone for sharing their knowledge. I have been learning alot from this forum. I recently bought my first Omega 2254.50 from an AD. It worked fine when i was wearing it everyday in an active lifestyle. I set it aside on one weekend and it stopped the next night. I was surprised and decided to perform a test on it. I wound it 40 times and set it aside and sure enough it stopped again after about 19 hours. I performed the test again two times and got the same kind of results that every time it stopped less then 20 hours. I went back to the AD today and told them of the problem. They said they will check it out and let me know in couple of days that what is wrong with it. I am just surprised that a brand new watch is having this problem. Is it an isolated instance or did anybody on this forum also had problems with their omegas stopping in short time intervals..just curious. Also since ther

I have started to look at the very first AP ROO released in 1993 nicknamed 'The beast', I like the blue dial that has indexes instead of arabic numerals and that it is on bracelet so it is quite different from my current AP Diver on rubber and would be a nice compliment and I also feel it would be nice to own the original configuration of the ROO....I am of course only looking for an identical looking model and not the original unmarked 100 pcs :-)Some history.audemarspiguet/en/lat...ef-25721-no-32en.worldtempus/article/in...ffshore-334417Pics...This model seem to have been made for quite some time, I also see that these are 'cheaper' than other AP ROO on C24 for example? why? only beacuase it is old? not so polular dial? also on some pics that Crown and puscher look black, on other they are clealy blue?Anyone have this one, please post pics and any input....
