While most of you know I'm not a huge fan of the Coronet (due to price and some image issues), I think Rolex is the hands-down winner of the most significant watch brand.Until the later part of the 20th century, Rolex was the most technically innovative watch company. And it also created enduring styles that are still the standard for design.Do you agree?If not, which company is your candidate.Please be gentle. No brand bashing!

Just a update the Bucherer seller fail to tell me the watch needed work (don't run) deal fell though. So I had replace that transaction with this Eterna Matic with a Cal. 1412UD. Don't want to look it up but is there a good book on vintage watches. Here's the seller pic's.
