- This was not quite what I thought. I have a wrist and found that it would not sit right on my wrist and was too large. The baguettes out sized the watch face making it hard to tell time for me.

- lovely, a little gaudy- I've gotten a lot of comments about the bling when i wear it. most people think it's more way more expensive than it is, even after i tell them the brand.

Philip Stein 21FMOPCB wrist watches news:
On Wednesday night, HODINKEE was proud to welcome some of our readers into Blancpain's brand new Fifth Avenue boutique. You know, the one we showed you here. The official opening of the store won't happen for a few months (though doors are obviously open now), Blancpain invited HODINKEE to be the very first co-hosts of its new North American flagship. Read on for a photo report of the evening. 2 OF 47 What made Wednesday night special was that it was actually the very first time Blancpain showed its 2014 BaselWorld introductions to the public. This included several new pieces, but most notably the Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe Chronograph with brand-new high frequency F385 caliber. In fact, the very first one to leave Switzerland for sale was on offer that night. 3 OF 47 North American Brand Manager (and all around great guy) Adam Bossi welcomed guests and gave everyone a little taste about what makes his brand so special. Kinda cool looking dress piece, probably looks better than it should.Picked it up for a couple dollars...literally...not running but a battery should fix that if I can get the back off.Did some checking on the auction site and therein lies the problem, priced from $35.00 on up to $900.+??? I'm not that naive to think that this is a $300.00 watch but why all the discrepancies??Anyone.......
Just wanted to get the forums opinion on having both the RG and SS in the same colllection? Is it redundant? Is it perfect? Which one would you keep if you were only going to keep or buy one?
How is this Panerai? They launch to the market a watch almost the same as an older model with a small and insignificant difference eg 000 to 634 at a logical price .They make few units so some important resellers buy them and raise the price at ease and make big business? I think this is not serious. For example 390 having to be overvalued ?? it has a ETA movement. Forgive but I can not understand these maneuvers. Anyone have an idea? O mind?
