Philip Stein 1MGWLB wrist watches news:
The Histoire de Tourbillon 2 from Harry Winston costs almost three times the price of the Opus Eleven, and it is far more rare.? This 48.5mm bi-axial flying tourbillon is an extraordinary piece of haute horology, one that further proves this brand has what it takes to compete against the established players in the world of complications.? We got the chance to play the Histoire de Tourbillon 2 in the room above Winston's 5th avenue boutique, a room once occupied by Harry Winston's personal office.? The result were the following photographs of one hell of a cool watch.?The follow-up act to 2009's Histoire de Tourbillon, this flying tourbillon features a titanium cage with an outer rotation of 120 seconds, and inner rotation of 40 seconds.? The tourbillon alone consists of 95 individual parts.? The hour is displayed in a retograde scale at 9 o'clock, while minutes are shown in a disc at 6 o'clock, and seconds on a disc via the tourbillon.? On the front side of the watch are five unique pi
As a newby, I do not want to appear to be presumptuous, but is there any interest in starting a catagory in pocket watches? I am interested in these beautiful timepieces but have no knowledge in them.
Hi, just wondering what else is different between these two besides bracelet/strap?I saw the movement pictures on 5726A(strap version), it shows 324/303, and on 5726/1A(bracelet version), it shows 324. I thought the movement inside these two are the same.Thanks.
Does anyone now or heard about when the new Bronzo with Blue dial will be coming out? I'm not sure if this model just die out from production since I haven't seen or heard anyone posting about it while the other limited editions have been released to the market already. Thanks for sharing
Hello everyone,I've had my 114060 exactly 2 years and never take it off. It's gaining 2.8 seconds a day and I'm well aware that's within COSC specs but Rolex want to go one better with 2 seconds either way. I never wind the watch as I wear it like I said constantly but when I'm asleep I appreciate the watch is not active. Before I presume that my watch doesn't run to the Rolex tolerances I'm wondering do I still need to wind the watch perhaps weekly or monthly to get the best accuracy. I just think my lack of knowledge should be tested before criticising the watch.Thank you for any advice.Marc
