- I received the black watch with topaz crystals. Watch was a good quality but the crystals were very dull. I have alot of Heidi Daus pieces but this one just didn't do it for me -- returned the same day I got it!

Philip Stein 1FFSMOPSS wrist watches news:
This year, Patek put the focus on higher end complications, not the least of which is the perpetual calendar. We have an entirely new reference in the 5327, which is very much the same in the grand scheme of things, thought very much different in the world of Patek Philippe. The watch replaces the 5140, though the 5140 will remain in production in a black tuxedo dial and a new grey dial, both in platinum for a limited time. The 5327's story is all about the case and dial, and in some way offers a lot of what modern Patek buyers might want ¨C a larger case and Breguet dial. 1 OF 3 The 5327 shares a similar case design to the Calatrava 5227. First, one must understand that the 5327 uses the very same movement that has existed with Patek perpetuals for 35+ years ¨C caliber 240Q. So that means, technically, you'll have roughly the same movement as you'll see in the 5140 and the 3940 before that. With that comes a great micro-rotor, self-winding caliber that is quite thin,
Hi everybody! As per the title, just bought this Seamaster and it`s on the way. I posted on WUS and Omega forums and hope I`ll have some feed-back here. The previous owner couldn`t tell me a lot about it, just that he bought it in `83 preowned and from then it just lay in his safe, it`s condition looking alike. Nothing about caliber or serial number, he didn`t have or want to have the case open but he said that he has hints that inside is a 562 and that is gold plated. So I just took a blind chance and bid&won it....Now, oppinions. please, regarding my 260 pounds purchase. Stopped into the AD yesterday, left with a new toy. I'd been eyeing the Aquanaut for a few months, my AD had the travel time on display. It has amazing wrist presence and the complication is so alluring. However I really wanted to try on the 5167, lower price and currently more elusive. I also admire the simplicity of the time/date. Anyway here's a wrist shot.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hi PAM people!I have a PAM 328 now mounted on a OEM brown aligator strap. I dont mind changing strap, but sometimes to change de buckle can be a pain.I am thinking to buy a new buckle, or a couple. Now the questions, for the OEM straps, can I put a deployant clasp on it? I know some others are thicker. If so, do you recommend it to avoid punishing the strap less? And if so, which one to get? The PAM one is quie expensive, any good ones?If you recommend the buckle, where can I get it? Best,Guillermo
