Philip Stein 1FFSMOPITL The Related Reviews:
- This watch appealed to my 55 year old husband - who I bought it for, and my 22 year old son, which is quite a feat in itself. It is a substantial, very classy looking watch, and he is very happy with it. Great price too.

Hello, was hoping that someone could help me identify an approximate year of this vintage Hamilton watch I have had for nearly 20 years. It is 14k gold, 17 jewel and there is a number on the inside of the case. I tried looking for a serial number on the movement side, but only saw a number that I believe shows "Y4522". Any help would be appreciated. I believe I paid a few hundred dollars for it back then. The watch is missing the second hand, but still works and winds. Could use a little polishing also.thank you,
Does this watch have anything to do with Hamilton? I have been offered one with a clearview back and a standard time corp 130 e.photo2.jpgphoto[1].jpg
I was at a local AD and saw a Tag Heuer Aquaracer Automatic on sale at 40% off list. The sales pirce after the discount is $1,380...this is the watch (WAF2011.BA0818). I rarely see this sort of discount on a Tag Heuer from an AD. Also, they had an Omega Planet Ocean Chronograph at 40% off (2210.51.00), the price after the discount was $3,700. Again, rarely see these at 40% off. I am just looking for thoughts on if these are good prices for these watches and if anybody has these watches and can provide their opinion of them. Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
Hi there! I recently inherited a Cotton Bowl Classic Rolex/Tudor Day-Date (7017/0) (autowinding) from my Grandfather who was on the Nebraska coaching staff for the 1974 Cotton Bowl. To my knowledge, the watch has either never been worn or was very seldomly worn. This also means that I don't believe it has been serviced since 1974. I fully wound it and the second hand works perfectly, but the minute and hour hands run very slow. I know almost nothing about watches, but I'm wondering if anyone on here can help me with a ballpark estimate of what I should expect to spend to have it properly serviced. I'd like to avoid getting taken to the cleaners due to my lack of experience. Thanks in advance for your replies!Ben
