Piaget G0A34099 wrist watches news:
Darkheart has joined us here in the Omega Forum as my new moderating partner. Let's give him a warm welcome! Personally, I'm looking forward to more pics of his Speedmaster Racing edition. I'd also like to thank diamondgirl for her time with us. She decided to step down due to personal time constraints, but we'll miss her. Thanks Steph!
So, I'm still on the hunt for a vintage Omega. Thoughts on this one?Circa : 1939Price: $725.00 USDOMEGA - AUTOMATIC BUMPER WIND - in yellow gold top with stainless steel screw back. Original aged light cream color linen dial with gold Roman numbers and 12, 3, and 9 and gold cone shaped markers for the balance. Gold seconds hand at number six position. Gold plated 17 jewel movement caliber 342 bumperwind with incabloc shock protection. Signed dial, movement and case. 33 mm diameter. Brown leather strap. Also, has anyone heard of Steelco watches? I found this watch but don't know if anyone can tell me about this one? Good deal? What kind of quality are they compared to something like Omega or Longines?{links removed - images can't be inserted because of url to non-sponsor}Dial:All original and splendidly aged in concentric band of gray and ivory. Hello fellow AP freaks,Struggling a bit here.I'm in the market for a RO. Had a 15300st for 3 years, sold it 2 years back and I regret is ever since. Regret is not even the right way to put it, it hurts. It really does. Now I have a choice to buy either a brand new sealed 15400st black, or a 2007 15202st. Jumbo charcoal. The Jumbo is hardly worn and looks like new. Money is not really an issue, the Jumbo is a bit cheaper but not so much too let the decision depends on that alone. I have tried the Jumbo, it's awesome. Didn't try the 15400 yet, but the pictures got me itching for it. My wrist size is 6,75.I know the decision is up to me, but would like to see different opinions. Thanks, Michael
Some pics of the 1946 Datora 785 triple date with catalog pictures from the Breitling Book by Benno Richter, enjoy!
I’ve been reading this forum for some time now and I get a lot of great information. I’m kinda of in limbo land trying to decide on a watch or watches to buy. I’m consider the following pre-owned PP watches and I have in the low 20s to spend:Option 1:5110 5035 5055 6000 5296 5711 (blue or white dial)Option 2:5065ARolex Milgauss (green sapphire crystal model)I currently own a few Rolexes and wear a Daytona daily. If I went with Option 1, I would wear the PP watch occasionally and continue wearing the Daytona everyday. If I went with Option 2, I would probably swap out the 5065a and the Milgauss or with my other Rolexes on a daily basis. (How likely is that, usually once a favorite is picked out and then it becomes the daily to wear). Here is the dilemma I’m wrestling with, the watches listed in Option 1 I really prefer over the 5065a. Problem is I don’t see wearing it everyday and it will stay in the watch winder more than on my wrist. With Option 2 I think
